When you book direct you pay less with no taxes and third party booking fees. Do you have a min night stay?

What time is check-in and check-out?

Accepted Answer

-Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10 AM
-Early check in or late check outs are not always able to be accommodated. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we often require the entire window of time to turn over the home depending on the guest count.
- If we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $25 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total). Please reach out if that would be helpful to have us contact you if an early check in is needed. If you want more than 3 hours extra, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure.

How does check-in work? Do we need to pick up keys somewhere?

You won't need to go anywhere to pick up or drop off keys. A week prior to your check in you will receive your personal keyless entry code.

Where do we get all our check-in information?

Details will be sent to your email a week prior to your checkin date.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Accepted Answer

We offer trip insurance through a third party which can be purchased upon booking your stay. We highly recomend either purchasing it through our third party travel insurance company or on your own.
Be sure to carefully read the insurance that you purchase so you know which cancellation reasons are covered and which ones are not. The Cancel For Any Reason is highly recommended.
