A Few Important Home Truths Please read before booking: ✓ The backyard is still a work in progress and can be muddy after rain while landscaping is being reseeded. There are natural drop-offs at the back of the yard so please supervise children. ✓ Outdoor grill and additional seating will be added Spring/Summer 2026. ✓ We are very close to Fort Campbell. You may hear training booms or see/hear military aircraft overhead. ✓ There is a nearby local airport and plane noise throughout the day is normal. ✓ This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. ****************** For stays over 30 nights, bi-weekly cleaning is required at $150 per cleaning to ensure the home stays fresh and comfortable for everyone. ******************

Fort Campbell Basecamp Q&A Who is this home best suited for? We’re a great fit for military families visiting loved ones, relocation and transition stays, extended work assignments, and families needing a comfortable home base for a few nights or a few months. Do you allow extended stays? Yes! We specialize in mid-term stays and have the space, amenities, and comfort needed for longer visits. Short stays are welcome too! How close are you to Fort Campbell? We are just minutes from Fort Campbell Gate 4, making this an ideal location for family visits, ceremonies, and relocation stays. Is the home pet-friendly? Yes, we welcome dogs. The backyard is fully fenced, and we provide thoughtful pet amenities like bowls and a pet-friendly setup so your four-legged family members feel at home too. Do you have a yard and outdoor space? Yes! The home has a fenced backyard, a large deck, and a fire pit for cozy evenings, storytelling, and s’mores nights.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: Before 10:00 AM 8 Guests maximum Pets are allowed Quiet hours: 10 PM- 7 AM RULES + Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests. +No Parties or Events + No shoes in the house + No smoking of any kind in the house + Please review all of check in and check out information sent via e-mail + We ask that you respect our neighbors - Be a good neighbor! NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE + Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that guest may not use the property as a permanent residence; and that guest’s permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee of $100. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will refund the nightly rate that the new guests paid minus any additional booking platform fees . No refund will be provided for nights that we were not able to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible. PAYMENT + FEES We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival. Cleaning Fee: $130 Management Fee: $75 Processing Fee: 3% Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 3 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 48 hours after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. TRAVEL INSURANCE I highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.
