When you book direct you pay less with no taxes and third party booking fees. Booking direct gives you additional benefits like priority check-in, welcome snacks on arrival and you get first dibs on special offers.

What is the cancelation policy?

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee of $100. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will refund the nightly rate that the new guests paid minus any additional booking platform fees . No refund will be provided for nights that we were not able to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible.

PAYMENT + FEES
We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival.

Cleaning Fee: $130
Management Fee: $75
Processing Fee: 3%
Security Deposit:  A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 3 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 48 hours after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
I highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.

RULES
+ Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests.
+No Parties or Events
+ No shoes in the house
+ No smoking of any kind in the cabin
+ Please review all of check in and check out information sent via e-mail- Be a good neighbor! 
+ While remote, we  ask that you respect our neighbors privacy by not wandering on their private property
