What is your minimum length of stay?

We typically accommodate mid-term stays of 30+ nights, but support shorter transitional stays as well.

Is the home fully furnished and move-in ready?

Yes. The home is completely turnkey and fully furnished, including WiFi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, kitchen essentials, linens, and all the comforts needed for immediate move-in.

Are utilities and internet included?

Yes. Utilities, high-speed WiFi, and all furnished amenities are included, making the stay seamless for both guests and placement coordinators.

Where do we get all our check-in information?

Details will be sent to your email a week prior to your checkin date.

How many guests can the home accommodate?

Fort Campbell Basecamp comfortably sleeps between 6-8 guests (with 2 per bed), making it ideal for families, military groups, or professional teams.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Yes. We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay at $100 per dog. We do supply dog bowls and 1 dog bed and have a fenced-in yard.
